Ranzal is seeking a Hyperion Strategic Finance Principal Consultant. This individual will be responsible for implementing and developing solutions. Implementation work includes process redesign skills, application and system design, software installation/ troubleshooting and application development.
Principal Consultants are responsible for project scoping, system design and documentation, project and resource planning, leadership, guidance, and quality assurance throughout the build, test, and rollout of a system, and project status and budget monitoring and reporting on projects and within the practice.
Principal Consultants understand and are responsible to satisfy both the functional and technical requirements for a system design. Principal Consultants also participate in pre-sales activity working with prospective client helping Ranzal to win new business. Principal consultants are expected to be a driving force in revenue generation.
Principal Consultants drive and manage best practice leaders in the company. They actively document and share knowledge and mentor consultant with less experience. They frequently present at many Oracle events. They are often part of our sales cycles and interact with the sales team.
Requirements include:
- Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
- Multiple years of full time experience (or equivalent) working directly with one or more of Hyperion Solutions products especially Hyperion Strategic Finance.
- At least 4 years of full time work experience specifically leading design and implementation of the products with one or more of Hyperion Solutions products (especially Hyperion Strategic Finance).
- This position may require travel to out-of-town clients, and applicant must be willing to travel up to 100%.
- At least four years of full time consulting work experience and/or four years of full time experience working as a lead consultant with one or more of Hyperion Solutions products (especially Hyperion Strategic Finance).
- Specific expertise related to mergers and acquisitions.
