Analytics Everywhere, but Where Do I Run My Reports? Crafting a Winning Reporting Strategy with Oracle Cloud EPM & ERP Applications

Now entering its fourth year, Oracle Cloud Applications for the CFO – both Enterprise Performance Management  (EPM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financials – have surpassed the reporting and analytical capabilities of their on-premise counterparts.  Taking the best of Oracle’s market-leading on-premise applications enhanced and unified with a modern reporting architecture, common data integration, and an embedded Essbase analytics engine, organizations can streamline financial business processes and improve decision making with real-time access while lowering operating costs.  But with more tools and capabilities comes more choices, and the old rules reflecting the traditional deployment of Business Intelligence (BI) tools alongside EPM and ERP applications may no longer apply. With embedded analytics in multiple Cloud applications  – is there still a need for analytical tools? More than ever, defining a reporting and analytics approach as part of a broader financial systems strategy is paramount to ensure end-user adoption and increase the value of finance to the organization.

Attend this lunch and learn session hosted by Oracle Ace Mike Killeen of Ranzal, an EPM and Analytics thought leader, and Martin Veillette, leader of Alithya’s Cloud ERP practice, where they will share leading practices when crafting an overall Cloud financial systems strategy and highlight key capabilities of the various Oracle EPM and ERP Cloud products and how each should map to corresponding business processes.  Select case studies will also be presented to showcase customers’ “Ground-to-Cloud” journeys and the adoption of these tools.  Attend and ask questions to gain a better understanding of Oracle Cloud financial applications so that you can gain the finance agility and give your finance organization a competitive advantage to help advance your business.
